The Maddox Mission

The family behind the mission

Brandon, Bethany, Maddox, Daxton, and Brax

From a mother’s heart

Dear friend,

Parenting is never easy, but parenting a child with unique needs has it’s own profound depth. I learned early on into my son’s Autism diagnosis that navigating the world of therapies, appointments, and questions from well-meaning strangers could be isolating. I wanted to protect my son, Maddox, to make sure he had the resources, love, and support he deserved, but I also realized I couldn't do it alone. That realization gave birth to The Maddox Mission.

Our mission is simple yet deeply personal: to create a community where families of children who have special needs feel supported, understood, and empowered. We want to ensure no parent feels alone in this journey. Because being a parent, especially of a child with unique needs, is full of questions, fears, and joys that only someone who truly understands can help carry. I've walked the path of sleepless nights, of moments where I doubted myself, and moments where I marveled at Maddox's incredible strengths. And through it all, I learned that love is the most powerful tool we have and that community transforms that love into hope, action, and change. The Maddox Mission is more than just an organization, it's a movement built from the heart of a mother who refuses to let families face this journey alone. It's about connection, compassion, and celebrating every small victory, because in this journey, every step forward is monumental. To every parent reading this; you are not alone. To every child whose heart beats with courage, creativity, and brilliance: you are seen. To every person willing to walk alongside us: thank you for helping turn a mothers love into a mission that can change lives.

From my heart to yours,

Bethany
